School Lunches

Our school lunch team work hard to provide a choice of nutritional lunches for our hard working children. All of the meals are prepared and cooked in the school kitchen using fresh ingredients. We would love every child in school to have a school lunch. At the moment all children in Reception and Key Stage 1 (Years 1 and 2) are entitled to a free school lunch. These are known as Universal Free School Meals.

The cost of a school meal is £2.00 per day / £10.00 per week. 

From 17th April 2023 the cost will be £2.10 per day / £10.50 per week.

School Milk

All school milk orders will need to be placed in September 2023.  Our current supplier have informed us that they are no longer supplying milk to schools. (21.7.23)

Milk for the under-fives is free until the beginning of the term in which the child turns five. Please see below for a list of dates;

Autumn                  01.09.23 to 15.12.23              If child’s 5^th birthday is within these dates you should pay for all three terms

Spring                      16.12.23 to 22.03.24              If child’s 5^th birthday is within these dates you should pay for Spring & Summer

Summer                 25.03.24 to 19.07.24            If child’s 5^th birthday is within these dates you should pay for Summer term

If your child’s 5^th birthday is after the 20th July 2024, then milk is free for the entire school year
